The world of Elyria is divided up into sections of land called parcels. Each parcel is 64 m x 64 m wide by 64 m deep. The 'ground level' of the surface is at center of a parcel.
Parcels are to be purchased from the land owner (usually the Duke/Duchess, Count/Countess or King/Queen), except during Exposition where players who have pledged to a high enough level to enter Exposition Access can also purchase land using EP (Exposition Points).
Once a player owns a parcel (or multiple parcels), they may further divide it up into separate zones, begin to construct buildings, or lease it back out (either the full parcel or a zone) to another player.
